Located
at Achimota on the edge of the
Achimota Forest - Accra. We
boast modern facilities on an
acre of land. This is divided
into two main sections; feeding
and breeding.
Our feeding section has a subdivision
of invertebrates (crickets/locust)
and rodents.
The
breeding section houses a number
of reptiles such as Ball Pythons,
Bosc monitor Lizards, Geckos,
and sulcata tortoises.
SNAKE
HOUSE:
Our snake house accommodates
over 10,000 Ball pythons. These
are paired and kept in their
various containers designed
to enhance their breeding and
also limit the spread of diseases
and parasites.
SULCATA:
These
are one of Africa's biggest
land tortoises. We started breeding
this species some years ago
and has successfully bred a
few. Which are housed in an
enclosure of 18 X 20 foot. Open
to the African sun it provides
a good natural environment for
this breeding project.
We are
currently developing a new facility
to house our chameleon and bearded
dragon breed.
